Steps to Cancel Your Subscription
Log in to your Happenly account.
Click on your Profile icon in the upper-right corner and select Manage Account.
2. Click on the Billing tab and choose Cancel.
3. From there, you will need to confirm that you understand that premium access and attendee / order data will be permanently deleted.
Please note: if you cancel your subscription in the middle of your billing term, you will have access to premium features until the end of your billing term.
📌 Important Information
No Refunds: Per our Terms of Service, we do not offer refunds for canceled plans or pro-rated refunds for partially-used subscriptions.
Data Access: After cancellation, you will lose access to premium features, including attendee lists exceeding 50 entries. We recommend exporting your data before canceling.
