Happenly offers the option to either have only people with the link to be able to access the website or to require a password for the website to be viewed. Here's how to set that up:
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS
🌐 Option 1: Make Your Website Private
If you don’t want your event to be publicly visible:
Head to your Event Dashboard.
Go to Setup > Website > Privacy
Scroll to the Privacy Settings section.
Toggle Make Website Private to ON.
This setting keeps your website accessible only to those who have the direct link to or URL of your website.
Option 2: Add Password Protection
Go to your Event Dashboard.
Click on Setup > Website.
Scroll down to Privacy Settings.
Switch Password Protection to ON.
5. Enter a custom password your guests will use to access the event.
Please note: website passwords are case sensitive
6. Hit Save.
Guests will need to enter this password before they can view your event website.

Option 3: Add a Password to Register
1. From the Event Dashboard, go to Setup > Registration > Setup and scroll down to the Registration Access Control & Privacy setting. Choose Attendees must enter a password to register.
2. Type in your password and click Update Access Control.
