1. Dashboard

  • Checklist: summarizes your total attendees, shows recent activity, and provides a Getting Started checklist for easy planning

  • Upgrade Now: if you require more access or additional features, use this link to upgrade

2. Track

  • Attendee List: can be used as an Invitation List when you upload invitees or can be used as an Attendee List when you collect registrations or rsvps

3. Share

  • Link/URL: use this dedicated, shareable link to promote your event

  • Emails/Invites: create custom email templates for save the dates, invitations, reminders, confirmations, thank yous, or anything you'd like

  • More > Social: connect your Facebook or X (Twitter) account to share with your social media followers and change your share image

4. Setup

  • Event Details: customize your event information; is also used to create an Add to Calendar button at the end of registration

  • Website: make updates to your event page, change your event URL, set the privacy level of your event, add a photo gallery, and add GA or Facebook Pixel IDs

  • Registration: choose registration type, set up form questions, create confirmations, design the registration form, adjust advanced settings

5. Manage Event

  • update your event status, delete all attendees, duplicate your event, or delete your event
