🔗 Share Your Event Link
Every event comes with a unique URL that you can share via:
Email: Send directly to your guests.
Social Media: Post on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram.
Printed Materials: Include on flyers, postcards, or invitations.
To find your event URL:
Navigate to your Event Dashboard.
Click on Setup > Website.
Locate your event URL under the URL section.
Please share the URL as https://www.happenly.com/e/{yourevent} or happenly.com/e/{yourevent} to ensure easy access for your invitees.
📧 Send Email Invitations
With a paid plan, you can access our integrated email system to send beautiful invitations directly from your dashboard.
To send email invitations:
Go to your Event Dashboard.
Select Share > Emails/Invites.
Click on Create New Template to design your email.
4. Once your template is ready, click Send New Email.
Choose your recipients and hit Send.
Please note: Your attendees will NOT be notified or emailed automatically after adding them to the Attendee List.

Personalize Your Message: Add a warm greeting and event details to make your guests feel special.
Include Essential Information: Date, time, location, dress code, and RSVP deadline.
Follow Up: Send reminders as the event approaches to keep guests informed.
