When guests get a Registration Closed message, it is typically for one of the following reasons:
the registration end date needs to be updated,
the event capacity needs to be updated, or
the registration is not active
publish your event website
📅 Check the Registration End Date
Your registration may have automatically closed because the end date has passed.
To update the registration end date:
Go to your Event Dashboard.
Click Setup > Registration.
If using Simple or RSVP Registration, scroll to update the Registration End Date.
👥 Review Event Capacity
Registration may close if your guest limit has been reached.
To increase your event capacity:
Go to Setup > Registration.
For Simple or RSVP Registration, scroll to Event Capacity and update the number.
✅ Make Sure Registration is Active
Your event’s registration settings may be turned off.
To check this:
Head to Setup > Registration > Advanced.
Make sure the box labeled Registration is Active is checked.
🌐 Publish Your Event Website
Your event must be published in order for guests to register.
To publish your event site:
Go to your Event Dashboard.
Click Setup > Website.
Click the Publish Website button in the top.
