✉️ Creating an Email Template
Navigate to your Event Dashboard.
Click on Share > Emails / Invites.
Go to the Templates tab.
Click Create New Template.
5. Customize your email by adding:
Subject Line
Email Body Text
Logo or Main Image
Reply-To Email Address (optional)
This template will serve as the foundation for your event communications.
📤 Sending Your Email
After creating your template, return to the Templates tab.
Click Send New Email.
Choose to send the email now or schedule it for later.
Note: Scheduling emails is available on Large Event plans.
Select your desired email template.
Choose your recipients:
All attendees
Specific groups
Manually selected individuals
6. Review your email details and click Send Email
Your email will be dispatched according to your chosen schedule.
🧪 Sending a Test Email
Before reaching out to your guests, it's wise to preview your email:
In the Templates tab, locate your email template.
Click on the three dots (⋯) next to the template.
Select Send Test.
4. Enter up to three email addresses to receive the test email.
5. Click Confirm and Send.
This ensures your email appears as intended.
📊 Monitoring Email Performance
After sending your emails, you can track their performance:
Go to Emails / Invites in your Event Dashboard.
Click View under Email Stats for the sent email.
3. Review metrics such as:
Sent
Delivered
Opened
Clicked
Unsubscribed
Bounced
These insights help you gauge the effectiveness of your communications.
