✅ CANCEL REGISTRATION
You can allow attendees to cancel their own registration if needed.
To enable this option:
Go to your Event Dashboard
Navigate to Setup > Registration > Advanced
Check the box next to "Allow Attendees to Cancel Their Registration"
Once enabled:
A "Cancel Registration" link will appear on the attendee’s confirmation page
The same link will be included in the confirmation email
It will also add a Cancel Registration link to the registration confirmation email.
This gives attendees the flexibility to opt out of the event without contacting the organizer.
✏️ CHANGE REGISTRATION
If an attendee needs to change their registration, only the event coordinator can do that.
1. Go to the Attendees Report, search for the person to change, and click on View/Manage.
2. Next, click on Edit Attendee.
3. Here you can change the Status or Update the Attendee:
