It's possible to invite a guest via Happenly if you only have their email!
When you add names to your Attendee List, First Name, Last Name, and Email Address are required by default.
✅ What To Do If You Don't Have Their Name
If you only have an email address:
When using Quick Add, enter a placeholder like '
-' or in the First Name and Last Name fields.When importing a list, do the same—use a dash
-or placeholder text in the name columns so they aren’t left blank.
When you import the attendee list, please put a "-" or "First / Last" placeholder in those fields, so they are not blank.
🔒 Note: Blank name fields will result in an error and prevent the invitation from being sent.
Once added correctly, you'll be able to send invitations as usual!
