How to Add an Attendee Manually
1. From the left-hand menu, click Attendee List
2. Click the + Add to Attendee List button:
3. Select Quick Add:
4. Fill in the attendee’s details (First Name, Last Name, Email, Status):
5. Click ADD NEW ORDER
6. Your new attendee will now appear in your attendee list.
Add Multiple Attendees with a CSV Upload
Navigate to your event and open the Attendees tab.
Click Upload Attendees, see: Import your Attendee List
Download the CSV template (recommended).
Enter each attendee’s information into the template.
Upload the completed file back into Happenly.
Review the details and confirm.
This will automatically create attendees in bulk.
Tips & Things to Know
You can edit attendee details anytime by clicking on their name in the list.
If you’re importing from another platform, make sure your CSV matches Happenly’s format for a smooth upload.
