Which registration type is right for you?

REGISTRATION TYPES

Choose the registration style that best fits your event:

  • Simple Registration: Ideal for open events. Collect basic guest information like name, email, and phone number.

  • RSVP Registration: Perfect for private or invitation-only events. Only guests on your pre-uploaded attendee list can access the event and respond.

🔧 How to Set Up Registration

  1. Navigate to your event dashboard and select "Registration" under the Setup section

  2. Select Registration Type: Choose the option that aligns with your event's needs.

  3. Customize Form Questions: Add custom questions to gather specific information from your guests.

  4. Set Confirmation Messages: Personalize the messages guests receive after registering.

  5. Configure Notifications: Opt to receive email notifications for each new registration.

  6. Publish Your Event: Once everything looks good, publish your event to start collecting responses.

RSVP vs SIMPLE REGISTRATION SETUP:

If people are not able to reply because their email address isn't recognized, it's because your registration is set to RSVP and that person's email address is not on your list.

RSVP registration requires you to upload an allowed list of guests, including emails, ahead of sending out invitations.

If you don't want to use this feature, please switch to Simple Registration by going to your Dashboard menu, then Setup > Registration and choose Simple Registration.

  • Guest Lists: For RSVP Registration, ensure you upload your guest list in advance.

  • Customization: Tailor your registration form to capture all necessary details, making your event planning smoother.
