You can assign +1s (or other guest counts) to specific invitees using the Attendee List.
This is great if only some guests are allowed to bring a plus one (or more), and you want to control that individually.
With RSVP Registration or when your Registration Access Control is set to My Attendees Must Be on My List, you can specify the number of guests per invitee.
✅ BEFORE YOU START:
Go to your Event Dashboard
Click Setup > Registration > Setup
Make sure “Guests May Bring Additional Attendees” is checked
Update the Bring Guests field to the MAXIMUM number of guests that someone can bring. This number applies globally which is why we suggest setting it to the largest number.
Then, go to the Attendee List and upload your invitees' emails.
Next, go to the Attendee List and click on the attendee. You can manually edit the number of guests that Attendee can bring with the dropdown.
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1: Click on Attendee List
Step 2: Search for Attendee Name and click on View/Manage
Step 3: Edit Attendee
Step 4: Scroll down to “Number of guests this attendee may bring” and select a number
Step 5: To save, click: Update Attendee
