My guests cannot register! They are getting an error message that their email is already registered!

By default, Happenly only allows one registration per email address to prevent duplicate entries. If your guests are seeing an error that their email is already registered, you may need to adjust your event settings to allow multiple registrations from the same email.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS:

1. On the Event Dashboard, select Setup > Registration under the Setup heading.

2. Under the Setup tab, uncheck the “RSVP No” option

3. Then click on the Advanced tab, and under Unique Registration, make sure this field is unchecked if you want to allow attendees to registers more than once with same email address.

4. To save, click Update
